How to request books and articles that are not in the library.
InterLibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery (DD) allow users to access materials not available at Ravenna Campus Library from other libraries in Italy and abroad.
Before you submit the request, check:
You can submit no more than 5 requests at a time, sending an e-mail to:
To request a chapter of a book or a journal article you may use MyNILDE for a maximum of 15% of each book/journal (see the instructions at the bottom of this page).
Postage charge is required for interlibrary loan, except for the books from PIC circuit that are free (Unibo libraries and some Bologna libraries).
Document delivery service is free except for fees requested by the supplying libraries.
The payment is by bank transfer.
When the items are ready for pickup, we will send you an e-mail and you collect them at Ravenna Central Library circulation desk.
Articles and parts of books cannot be provided in pdf, according to copyright law.
The libraries may submit the requests through an e-mail or ILL-SBN service. It is required a postage charges through IFLA vouchers.
The libraries may submit the requests through NILDE or e-mail. The service is free.
